Wednesday, March 04, 2009 Someone must accept the loss of the foreclosure and unless someone accepts this, there must be some incentive such as tax breaks or "corporate donation" for the temporary fix. I will buy it if you cut my taxes proportionally and I will even invest in it. This fix does not address who will eat up the loss or how it will be written off. All housing collapse result in rewriting the way the home was sold or the bonus and incentives; all housing collapses, why is this so different?
