This is about power, targeting power, and stalking people through life that come and goes around DC; who is the power and how do they penetrate or target them? This is how they do it and what they are doing to others; especially future powerful military, business, entertainment or other leaders. It is unwanted and illegal surveillance 24 hours and constant watch; they say it is being a guardian and parent; they want to help. It has to do with me growing up in DC and running with Generals; a future powerful leader (is this true). They think I might be a future threat and call me staff! Do you think they are serious or just goof off and around; just fun and games?
