Is it Ann or someone else because this is a serious matter. If both parties are guilty then who is dodging or not cooperating? One example is the Ron Silver report; is this true or not? Who started it and who refused to fix it or report it accurately? If Ann is reporting it wrongly, then it is to her benefit but she must take immediate action to correct it.
